No matter what day you sign up for our meal plan subscription, you’ll receive a welcome email as soon as your subscription has been processed. There will be 3 recipes and a shopping list to get you started, plus meal prep tips to make your dinners as smooth as possible.
Every Friday morning, your weekly meal plan will arrive in your inbox. Inside the weekly meal plan you’ll find 6 main dishes, 2 side dishes, and 1 dessert plus a custom shopping list with each ingredient noted for the individual recipes. That way, if you already know you won’t need to make dinner on Wednesday, you can easily cross those ingredients off the list.
You can print everything out or download it to your tablet or phone. However you like to use your recipes, they’ll be at your fingertips all week long.
